Is this a good moveset for charizard

Here it is

Flamethrower
Solar Beam(groudon normally comes in to battle so the drought effect helps solar beam)
Fly/Dragon pulse
Earthquake

Dragon Pulse NOT Fly the Air Slash over Earthquake since Charizard is a special attacker.

Just remember if Groudon doesn't arrive then SolarBeam is screwed. So get someone on your team to learn Sunny Day and hold a Heat Rock to extend it's duration to 8 turns rather than 5 and give Charizard instant access to SolarBeam.
But I'm agreed with Jeremy, Dragon Pulse and Air Slash. Dragon Pulse is just to blast through any Dragons, and Air Slash is for the STAB/High Critical Hit Ratio, so Air Slash is a must have for Charizard.
And I personally'd prefer Max PP'd Fire Blast over Flamethrower. Slightly less accurate but better power.

I wouldn't. Usually doesn't live long enough to reheal itself.

Dragon Pulse is useful to get rid of other dragons so I would go for that

Other dragons? Charizard is Fire/Flying type.
