Do you have a Ditto and a Tyrogue? I'm afraid I can't offer much. I have some derps as well as a Piplup and a Snivy. If I were to get a ditto I get get a lot more good stuff to trade.

Well, I think it would be logical to have each of those on my team. A fast, heavy hitter would make a great sweeper, and then a high hp defensive pokemon would make a good tank.

I'm curious, what is the advantage of that?
