Yeah, every piece of information I find says it doesn't matter. Soul silver can trade as soon as you get the 1st badge. Sooooo...;) How about that Riolu? I can offer one of the starters....:p

I did some searching and It says I don't need a national Dex. -_- Is this information wrong?! I'll be so bummed...

Would want a decent nature at least. Low level preffered. Will trade a Gen-2 Starter. :) I want to start Soul silver with either of these two instead of a regular starter. :D
