get two Pokemon from different countries, like japan England etc. and put them in the daycare, then your chances of it being a shiny will increase.

Use the Masuda method which is breeding pokemon from different language speaking countries, breeding a pokemon form the USA and the UK won't work, but a pokemon from France/Japan and the UK should work. Keep one pokemon with the ability flame body in the first slot of your team. Flame body cuts the the time by about half to hatch pokemon.
Good luck!

Use the masuda method as everyone say the best way is to obtain a Japanese ditto and breed it with any English Pokemon but its gonna take alot of time but at least it increases the chances of getting a shiny Pokemon so be patient ;)

In generation V, the masuda method will yield a 1/1366 chance of hatcing a shiny pokemon.

Also, If you have Black2 or White2, after completing the National Dex Professor Juniper will give you an item called "Shining Charm". It's a hold item; give it to one of the pokemon you are willing to breed (shining charm + Masuda Method) and the probability increases to 1/1000.

If you want a legit shiny every time you breed Pokemon you could always try to RNG them. It takes a lot of work, but once you learn how to do it, it's really easy. (No it's NOT hacking because you are not using any external devices)
