Porygon-Z
Ability: Download
Nature: Modest
Moveset: Tri Attack, Shadow Ball, Hidden Power (Fighting), Discharge
EV's: 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 10 Special Defense
Item: Silk Scarf

Porygon-Z is a very powerful pokemon when trained properly. It's special attack is amazing even without EV training, so with Modest nature boosting it's special attack plus the EV training, it can easily become a sweeper. Tri Attack is one of the most powerful special normal-type moves and has a chance of paralysis, freezing, or burning, and hidden power is treated as a normal-type move, no matter what type it truly is. So with the Silk Scarf to boost the power of normal moves, not to mention the freakish special attack, these moves alone would make Porygon-Z a force to be reckoned with. Shadow Ball prevents a problem with ghost-types, easily defeats psychic-types, and is powerful altogether. Discharge eliminates most flying and water-types, and is another powerful attack. Lastly, the ability Download gives us an upgrade to either attack or special attack, depending on the foe's defenses, so this could further increase the amazing power contained within Porygon-Z! Since it is also fast, this pokemon is "virutally";) unstoppable! It fits in well with most teams.

Gallade
Ability: Justified (DW)/Steadfast
Nature: Adamant
Moveset: Leaf Blade, Psycho Cut, Close Combat, Night Slash
EV's: 252 Attack, 252 Special Defense, 10 Speed
Item: Expert Belt

Gallade, no matter how speedy he may look, is not best with it's speed. It's best stats are it's Attack and Special Defense, so we use our EVs for those stats, along with Adamant nature further boosting it's attack. Justified raises its Attack if it is hit by a dark-type move, however it is the DW ability so you may have to settle for Steadfast. Leaf Blade defeats rock, ground, and water types easily, and psycho cut eliminates ghost and poison types. Close Combat takes care of normal types and night slash finishes psychic and ghost types. These attacks are all of good power, especially with a maximum attack stat. The Expert Belt is an item that increases power of Super Effective moves, and with this varied moveset there most likely will be a critical hit.

Mandibuzz
Ability: Big Pecks
Nature: Sassy
Moveset: Brave Bird/Aerial Ace, Steel Wing, Payback, Frustration/Return
EV's: 252 Attack, 131 Special Defense, 131 Defense

Mandibuzz is a very difficult pokemon to use, because it is a defensive pokemon with no moves that abuse it's defenses well. Sassy nature will increase the Special Defense to be even with Defense, and lowers speed. With speed lowered, there is a good chance the foe will strike first and it's power will be doubled. We raise it's defenses so that it is still hard to take out, and attack, which was not very bad to begin with, is now increased aswell. Brave Bird is an extremely powerful flying type move, it has recoil however, which is why you may want to replace it with aerial ace. Steel wing is a steel type move it can inherit, which is not only powerful, but eliminates two types that easily defeat it: Ice and rock. Lastly, frustration or return, attacks with power determined by happiness. These attacks are easy to control IF you raise it from an egg. For return, always put mandibuzz (vullaby) in front of your party, let it fight often, and take it for a massage in Castelia City. For frustration, just keep it on the exp. share, never let it battle, and use items such as rare candies (AFTER EV TRAINING) to make it less happy. Mandibuzz isn't the easiest pokemon to train, but if you do take the time to properly train it, it will be very difficult to defeat!

Ninetales
Ability: Flash Fire
Nature: Modest
Moveset: Heat Wave, Hex, Will-O-Wisp, Energy Ball
EV's: 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 10 Special Defense
Item: Charcoal

Ninetales is a very difficult pokemon to use, unless you truly take time to strategize. Heat Wave is a powerful fire-type move that not only hits both pokemon in a double battle, but has no recoil and 10 HP, which is great considering it's power. Will-o-wisp burns the target, and hex's power doubles when the target is afflicted with a status problem. So using will-o-wisp and then hex is a very good combination. Energy Ball, surprisingly can be learned by Ninetales, and can defeat Water and Rock types that act as a threat to it. The Charcoal item increases the power of fire type moves, so Heat Wave is even more powerful.

Togekiss
Ability: Serene Grace
Nature: Modest
Moveset: Aura Sphere, Air Slash, Shadow Ball, Nasty Plot
EV's: 252 Special Attack, 131 Special Defense, 131 Defense

Togekiss was made as a pokemon to last well, and to be an attacker. Aura Sphere and Air Slash are it's basic moves, and do a lot of damage, not to mention the fact that you wouldn't expect a cute little Togekiss to use Aura Sphere! Shadow Ball Eliminate Ghost and Psychic Types, and Nasty Plot boosts it's special attack, making it's power even greater. Serene Grace is not my favorite ability, all it does is increase the chance of an added affect, but there aren't any here to begin with. However, it's alternative ability of Hustle lowers accuracy in exchange for Attack, but since we aren't using physical attacks, that would be really dumb.

Mismagius
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Modest
Moveset: Shadow Ball, Psychic, Power Gem, Destiny Bond
EV's: 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 10 Special Defense
Item: Twisted Spoon

Mismagius is one of the easiest pokemon here to train. You MUST teach it Power Gem and Perish Song BEFORE using the Dusk Stone. Then Psychic and Shadow Ball are both TMs. They are also powerful, as they defeat ghost, psychic, fighting, and poison respectfully. Power Gem takes down flying, bug, and fire type, and is another powerful move. Finally, Destiny Bond is like a last resort. Masmagius's Special Defense is still impressive, but it's Defense stat is different. If you're going up against a foe using Physical attacks, use Destiny Bond, because chances are that you'll be defeated, which is okay now because with Destiny Bond they will go down with you! The Twisted Spoon powers up psychic even further, so if you have nothing super-effective, psychic is the move that you should use.

Today I'll try to do the eeveelutions, which can be difficult...

Umbreon
Ability: Synchronize
Nature: Quiet/Brave
Moveset: Work Up, Stored Power, Yawn/Confuse Ray, Assurance
EV's: 128 Attack, 128 Special Attack, 128 Defense, 126 Special Defense

Umbreon is very difficult to use. However, I put into thinking how to increase it's power and I think this would work very well. Work Up boosts Attack and Special Attack, and the power of Stored Power increases by 20 each time you increase your stats. It has a max power of a whopping 860! Not that you'd easily get to that many uses of Work Up, but still. Yawn can put them to sleep so you have some free turns to use Work Up. So this works with Umbreon's not-too-decent stats! Assurance is a rather weak attack, but it's power is brought up to 100 base if the target already took damage that turn, thus the name assurance. The natures above raise either Special or normal attack (respectively), but both lower speed, so in a double/triple battle, it will go after it's ally and finish off a target easily. If not, confuse ray will give the target a chance of hurting itself, so if you go after the target, your assurance could still be doubled. EV training may be a pain, though.

Flareon
Ability: Flash Fire
Nature: Quiet (+Special Attack, -Speed)
Moveset: Lava Plume, Shadow Ball, Dig, Work Up
EV: 128 Attack, 124 Special Attack, 252 Special Defense

Flareon is easier to use. It can be either a special or physical attacker, and still has good special defense, so we aren't limited to certain moves. Lava Plume is a powerful fire attack, and it will take all pokemon in a double battle. Shadow ball is a ghost type attack with decent power. Dig can take out most rock types that would defeat flareon, and work up boosts both attack stats, which is good considering we're using booth here.

Vaporeon
Ability: Water Absorb
Nature: Modest (+Special Attack, -Attack)
Moveset: Muddy Water/Surf, Ice Beam, Echoed Voice, Yawn
EV: 252 Special Attack, 252 Special Defense, 10 Speed
Item: Metronome

Vaporeon has become my favorite so far. Muddy Water is basically Surf with a different name, so if you don't feel like getting it to level 78 for Muddy Water you can just use Surf. Ice beam is a good attack, especially for a special attack like Vaporeon. Yawn obviously makes the foe sleep, which is good for our next move. Echoed Voice is a unique attack; it's power doubles each time it is used. if it is used by both pokemon in a double battle, the second pokemon to use it will have it twice as powerful! It has a max power of 200, but with the metronome item it's power will continually increase if you use the move consectuively, so in reality you're getting two boosts for one turn! So this attack can be deadly combined with the Metronome! It also has impressive special attack, so you better watch out for a vaporeon like this!
