What is this strategy I faced earlier today that annoyed the crap out of me?

I know I sucked at it but what is it?

It's just totally annoying me...

Opponents Team: Politoed, Crobat, Ludicolo, Jellicent, Kingdra, Gastrodon.

Stats of the Pokemon if anyone knows this strategy would be highly appreciated!

Well for the first one, did the opponents try to keep it raining? It looks like a Rain Dance team, so that would be that strategy. And what's the other team?
