Hi there, Im currently ev training a seadra however Ive hit a delema as to where I should allocate the rest of her ev's. Currently she has 252 in SA and 126 in Speed however she is of lax nature and I'm unsure whether or not to put another 126 into speed or to drop it into SD. All thoughts are welcome
