hey guys i have platinum (no i dont have a fc my wifi has not wps code) and i keep seeing shiny bulbasaurs with out the radar thingy and the other day my infernape ended up fighting with nothing help me !

I guess... Your Platinum has been overly hacked & they traded it as it had been overly hacked. Maybe you should possibly restart the game & that to see if that helps getting rid of all the hacks, otherwise, it's majorly faulty.
