WIFI does not work

I've tried everything with WIFI on nintendo, but it just does not seam to work on my nintendo.

When I tried an error code comes on my nintendo screen.

Did you set it up correctly?
Recheck everyhing (check your password, check if you actually connected to the internet) or reset your router. If none of the solutions work then you can contact nintendo for help.

Yes I have check everything, and I have also contacted Nintendo, but their have not answer back.

It will probably be to do with your router security.

The DSi and later can access wi-fi that it WPA locked (most are now as it is pretty secure)
Unfortunately HeartGold and SoulSilver (I'm not sure about D/P/P) can't access WPA locked routers, just WEP locked routers (less secure).
What you might have to do is look at the back of your router (there should be a website, username and password) go to the website, log on with the info from the router and change your router security.

Double-Check everything. When you get the error code, search it on nintendo. Every wi-fi error I've had has been resolved with their guides there
