Sounds like a very weird glitch. I'd try resetting and trying again.

Do you use Action Replay? It may be a cause. But MissingNo? I haven't seen him since '98.

yes it did it for another 5 saves then the game decided to kill itself

This glitch is not Missingno, as they have erased that possibility, but it is a space filler with no name. It can't happen normally so you must've hacked something or gotten a hacked Pokemon or something
