Bad Egg Help?

I have maybe 6 or 7 bad eggs and i need help getting rid of them. Any advice? What is weird, it says "it looks like this egg will take a long time to hatch" but, I hatched one of the bad eggs, and nothing happened. just a cute little pichu. But, still, I don't want to risk loosing my game. :) thanks
