Is it possibly to get a shiny kyurem that is legit ? Legit as in not from action replay pokegen or any other cheat also what about shiny jirachi and dexoys and celebi ? Can you get those legit ?

Yes, you can get it legitly.
You can soft reset for a shiny one, it usually takes quite a number of days though.
I'm still soft resetting my white game for a shiny Volcarona.

As far as soft resetting helping your chances for a shiny goes, it takes just as much time and patience as any other method would.

You can't get Jirachi and Celebi since they haven't actually been catchable in-game ever, but Kyurem is possible by SR. Just not Arceus, Zekrom, or Reshiram.

Get a shiny charm. Your chances go up 300% of running into a shiny. It took me 4 days to get my shiny virizon and 3 days to get my shiny Latios (M)
