Need lighting rod pichu

Need pichu with lighting rod, also if I breed them will its babies have it? Also how do I unlock it? May need bulbasaur chlorophyll. Please help me : (

To pass down the hidden ability to a baby you cannot use Ditto. Therefore the pokemon you are breeding must be female, and even so the offspring will only have a 60% chance of inheriting the hidden ability. Unfortunately I don't have one though.

I have loads of pichu's and one pikachu Japanese also so if I get opposite sex to it and breed there is a chance I can get lighting rod?

Only if the mother already has it. You can get pokemon with hidden abilities from the dream world, dream radar and hidden grottoes, or trading with someone who breeds babies from pokemon they've caught from those places.

You can always put notes on wishlist items too. I run a breeding shop so I'll let you know if I come across one, but it's pretty difficult to get a specific pokemon from the dream world or a grotto.
