You missed a key feature. Keldeo's ability is Justified. Regardless of it's form. So how on Earth does this one happen to have Adaptability?
Just as you said, if someone's giving these away with perfect EVs and IVs, then these Keldeo's are 100% hacked. Likely from PokeGen.

Seriously, cheating/hacking just ruins the game imo. And paying for a software that 'edits' pokemon is even more ridiculous.
You should at least change the title or add a note that they're hacked even though it's very obvious, but still.

It makes them as legit as PokeGen. PokeGen being what I use for my PokeBay event Pokemon. And it isn't 100% legit if it has Adaptability. But wait... PokeGen is 100% free, so you just basically put $7 down the crapper.
