I can't draw so I wrote a description:

Dragon: Regalious
Gender: Male
Personality: Wise traveller from far away. Quite friendly and supportive. Fierce when angered. Can be manipulative if necessary.

Description:

Legend speaks of a old and weary travelling dragon from a distant land. Long has he tried to restore peace to the world. He has usually done this with companions but always ends up alone. He is the last of his kind, known in myths as the original draconic restorers of peace. He flies in the ozone layer, and a shining blue gleam can be seen emitted from his blue skin as he flies past the sun. Anyone said to have seen this gleam let alone see the dragon himself were said to have something good come their way. Those who antagonise the dragon however are said to meet their demise in the form of him. He seeks friendship, love and appreciation. In return he gives knowledge, kindness and opportunity.
His peaceful side has a skin that shines blue and is as bright as star in the moonlit sky, and has inviting green eyes.
His darker side however is said to be black as night with a angered purple stare that could make even the hearts of the most cold-hearted of dragons thaw out.
