When you release a Pokemon from the PC, why can't you ever run into it again in the wild? It seems like it would be theoretically possible. I think the game would be more interesting that way. You can catch N's Pokemon, why not your own. What is everyone's opinion on this?

this person didnt know you couldnt run into reshiram or zekrom at dragonspiral tower again if you relased it, but i think you should be able to so if you trained it up to level 100 then you could have an awesome training partner. XD but the sad thing is that the person actually RELEASED IT. =(

That sucks I would never even try to do that to see if it works :(

It could take a lot of...data? from the game to remember all the pokes released. It would be cool tho if you could run into the last 10 pokes you released or something like that.

Yeah that would be interesting either way I still think it would be nice to be able to run into your released Pokemon in the wild

Interesting idea. But imo my own pokemon shouldn't appear everywhere, maybe at a special place like shaking grass. Would definitely be cool to see how my old pokemon grew in the wild. Can't really see that happening in the next games but who knows?

Right if they were high level and you released them and you had a bunch of low level Pokemon you were using it could be a very bad situation quickly. Shaking grass would definitely be a good idea.
