Just a heads up, letting Pokemon hold Key Items like the Liberty Pass via PokeGen and then recieving them and trying to remove tge item does some real damage to the game. And the Liberty Pass won't work either as it's past the timeframe of the event.

No, it actually does work. I got a liberty pass holding pokemon on white 2, and i was still able to get Victini.

Not sure how it's possible. But as I said, majorly risky in screwing up your save file.
