So I got some pokemon in a trade, but they all have no OT. I was wondering if there was a way to give them me as their OT and if not whether them having no OT will be a problem.

No, it won't. (Well, it shouldn't) Anyways, I have many Pokémon without abilities, OT's, etc. And I've had NOTHING wrong with my games. So, yeah, you can trade/battle them.

Hey guys! I've managed to get a level one zekrom from GTS negotiations (yes it is obviously a hack), do you think I should teach the people who try to show off in the GTS a lesson (you know those guys who put level 100 shinies on there and ask for a level 1 zekrom or reshiram)

The GTS, Random Match-Up, and Dream World have a pretty accurate hack checker built in and won't allow anything hacked to enter, unless of course you're extremely talented at hacking. The hack you have won't damage your game in any way at all, so long as you don't take it to the Dream World, in which case you'll be banned. I'd just release the hack though, unless it's helpful to you for the Battle Subway, or anything else in-game.

Seen it on people's games that I've known that hacked. I've never been one for hacked pokemon, but all my friends that hack have had the game crash after having too many of them in one game.

im not sure about this but ive accedently received multiple hacked pokemon but suddenly when im battling my pokemon will faint but its name and hp will still be there with its attacks just no image and it will have 1hp and the opponents move wont hit and my pokemon cant attack its done this several times im not sure what causes this i just dont know...

It doesnt crash your game but I used to have about 3 boxes of hacks and it never crashed my game but I got rid of all of them because I needed room for non hacks
