Need Lavitar

Hey all, I just restarted my Soulsilver version and I've never used a Lavitar before and I would really like to use it while going on the journey. If anyone could get a quiet/adamant natured Lavitar I would be so gracious. Please reply if you could be of any help. Thanks!
