Hey guys, just a heads up this user can't trade you legitimate Pokemon as he is using PokeGen/PokeGTS and is trying to get you to give up your hard earned Pokemon for Pokemon that are always hacked. Maniupulating IVs, and the location of capture is the mark of PokeGen/PokeGTS. As I have worked with PokeGen but have used it for honest, fun purposes I can tell you all now that this is a rip-off and to refrain from trading Pokemon unless you actually want one.
