Are Japanese Named Pokemon Legal and Legit?

Were no hacks done with a Pokemon from other countries? I mean, what if I get the Pokemon that are named Japanese at the GTS, are they clean and safe to use?

Don't evolve them then, they get English names if they evolve in an English game ^^
