Chainbreeding ExtremeSpeed!?

Yo.

I was just wondering, is it possible to chainbreed EXtremeSpeed onto a dratini?
Because I have teh lvl 15 dratini from the dragon's den, and i wanted to breed it with one of my nature ditto's so I could get a half-decent nature on a dratini with Extremespeed.

I'm pretty sure you can pass down ESpeed with a male dratini, I've done this in 5th gen games so I'm assuming it works in 4th gen too.
