Hey guys, im new to this thread, and im not sure how to trade or anything. I have recently gotten into competitive battling, and really want to use rotom on my team. I have bred 210 of them, and the best one had 2 perfect IVs. They're so hard since they cant breed with each other! Anyways, if anyone has one, or has come up with a method to get one quicker, it'd be much appreciated. (For pokemon white)
