Don't buy any of them. We had a guy here who bought a '6IV Pokemon' it turns out that it was only 2IV. So it's really easy to get ripped off when paying actual physical money for something you will only use in a Video Game. In my opinion eBay should make it illegal to sell these Pokemon just like how they stopped people selling phones with Flappy Birds installed on them.

You shouldnt buy pokemon, just trade for other pokemon. a lot of the pokemon on ebay are probably fake and are trying to get money.

Wow, people are actually selling pokemon for REAL money now? Dang. I'd rather earn them myself.

People have been selling Pokemon on eBay for years (literally since the moment online trading was introduced in Gen 4). If Nintendo find the auction they'll usually report it to eBay to get it taken down but that doesn't stop people from buying Pokemon in the mean time.

I personally wouldn't buy any because no guarantees you're going to get the specifics you want and since I'm sure eBay has a policy about this sort of thing you won't be able to get your money back via Paypal or whatever you use to pay if something goes wrong.

Any item you sell on eBay must be a physical item (such as clothes, games, etc). If it is anything digital (ebooks, emails, Pokemon, etc), it is against eBay's seller policy. If they find it, they will take it down.

People mainly sell Pokemon to do one of two things:

1) It's a way to get free money and rip people off in the process (well, rip them off most of the time).
2) It's an inexpensive, fast way to receive feedback scores.

I bought some pokemon off ebay and they are perfectly fine but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be cautious and you should definitely find a good seller first.

A better idea would be to just NOT buy them. Just trade on GTS or Negotiations(from 5th Gen)
