Why trade legends for Rattata? Field group. Largest egg group.

Soon breeding Psyducks (among those that breed with the most pokemon besides ditto)

Are you 5iv rattatas shiny?

No they are not shiny. That does not help in breeding a shiny. These are for breeding for IVs. If you want to make shiny breeding literally 3x easier find the desired pokemon in a trade from someone in a different language region. I have english, therefore german, french, spanish, japanese etc will make breeding shinies much easier.
