It's not an active giveaway. It's a thread asking the winners of Mew_214's previous givaway to contact him to get their prizes as he couldn't give the prizes out straight away due to an emergency. To be honest Mew you'd be better off contacting the winners on that thread via Private Message to avoid any more confusion.
