In Ruby/Gen III, If the base to the east of Lilycove is shut and you didn't get the masterball while inside of it, is there any way I can fix this?

Ok, then any advice on capturing Groudon with nothing but a lvl 41 Wailord, 4 ultra balls, 1 dive ball, and 4 pokeblock berries? I sent everything else to the other generations and didn't realize I never faced groudon.

I've captured a legendary once with nothing but what was strong against it and ultra balls. . . . so it can be done what level is Groudon in Ruby?

I got it, just spent a couple hours and days throwing ultra balls at it then restarting and repeating until I got lucky

if you still didnt capture it battle the news people in a double battle then save up the money and train your other pokemon this will work unless Emerald is different in that way
