Pokedex Completion

can anyone help me complete the first three dexes cuz i really need the shiny charm... my plan is actually to trade pokemon then trade it back if that works actually and ill complete the national dex after the other three in order to actually GET the shiny charm... so please help me?

ok so if anyone wants to know what im actually gonna need here are the pokemons... im gonna put their numbers cuz i forgot some of their names :P
Central - #060, Ivysaur, Wartortle, #095, #108, Furret, #113, Munchlax, #142
