The Fancy Vivillion is out now and is distributed to world wide!
First, boot up your game.
Then, instead of pressing continue, scroll down to Mystery Gift.
Once it is opened click on receive gift, click yes to open the communication channel then click Get via internet.
Now you just have to wait for it to arrive. Hope it works for you if not, try a little later.
