Game won't load

Okay, this is just really odd for me... My 3DS XL has no problem playing any DS or 3DS game that I put in... except for Pokemon Diamond. That one, it won't even acknowledge is in the system! But Pokemon Diamond plays just fine on my DS and 3DS... so why won't it work on my 3DS XL?

All of the DS games I have works fine on my 3DS XL including pokemon.Probably there's something wrong with your 3ds xl or the game card.

I had a soulsilver that wouldn't read before, check the back of the disk, it's because the plastic chip is busted so it doesn't fit into the system perfectly. Luckily i bought it preowned and exchanged it for another one.

Hey, I would try and get a preowned Pokemon Diamond. If that doesn't work, go back and return the preowned Pokemon Diamond. If buying a preowned game won't work, then try to get the system fixed at the Nintendo support website.
