Alpha Sapphire Team

I am designing my planned team for Alpha Sapphire and can't decide between a few pokemon so I decided to post this thread to ask you guys what you think. This team is not about stats and that style of picking, more just for fun and symbolism.

So far I am trying to decide between these pokemon (need to narrow down to 6):

Lapras- for transportation, like the gang from the Orange Islands season
Flygon- dragonfly warrior from Bridge to Terabithia and for Fly
Gardevoir- Companion Pokémon, protects and fights along side trainer
Seaking- represents my beloved beta fish :P
Umbreon- An eevee evolution if we get one like from bill in other games or something, moonlight pokemon and I love night time with a full moon
Lucario- I loved this guy from the movie so I have always used it as my partner from gen IV and on so far
Metagross- shiny from the release event, think it's intelligence is cool
Kyogre- Its Alpha Sapphire soo...
Latias/Latios- depends on which is in Alpha Sapphire, like Lucario I fell in love with this duo in the movie

Hmmm, based on the team role descriptions you give, I would go for Gardevoir, Flygon, Lapras, Kyogre, Metagross and Lucario. Switch Flygon to Lati@s when you are able to catch them. Good luck with our team formation, mate. :)
