If people are gonna hack like that, they should at least put enough effort in it to have a random name so that it looks nicer :P

Probably he just want to troll you with a hacked Arceus so other people won't trade their pokemon for your Arceus because its a hacked pokemon and they don't want a hacked pokemon.Means the Arceus will stuck with you because no one will want it unless if there's someone desperate enough that doesn't care if the Arceus is hacked or not.
