Due to the fact I have had multiple requests for help with breeding and ev training I am making this thread to organize the requests better. If you want me to breed you a pokemon and ev train it and/or level it up then make your requests here using the following format and I will get startedd for you.

There are very few pokemon that I do not have, so put in your request and if I have it I will gladly take the job. I will level pokemon up to lv70, but note that this will take longer so please do not pm me 500 times asking if I am finished yet. I will pm clients when their pokemon is finished. I will accept any legit shiny pokemon in return for a pokemon I provide you. This means one shiny per pokemon that I breed/train/level. Full/partial team ratings and/or any advice FREE. Please use the above format to list pokemon in your team, and send them in a PM to my inbox. I cannot accept DW or shiny requests due to time consumption, sorry.

You did a smogon uni. tech builder research.So essentially not very much. What you're looking for is hard to define since you just can't up and tell what EVs a pokemon has. And Smogon does not untilize perfect strategy. Heck they'll even list moves that a pokemon can't naturally learn because they classify hacked moves and pokemon under "usage"

I can only add 100 EVs to a lv1 pokemon with Vitamins. So either your EVs will have to change or the level desired must be 10 or higher at least. I'm not hacking these they are legitimately bred and EV trained. So make those changes and I'll do it if its reasonable
