Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo has English subtitles but no Dubbed version. It is about a boy who is transfered to another house for misfits because animals are not allowed in school dorms.There are 20 episodes and a Manga continuation also.It is very colourful and silly. I highly recommend it :D
