Train my Eevee, anyone?

can someone train my eevee I just started my X game and I want to evolve it into sylveon but first off don't have power items, Pokerus, a reset bag nor enough places to train and I have no Idea how to evolve it into Sylveon I would like EV's HP:100 Speed:124 Special Attack:180 and Special Defense:200 it would be so helpful, thank you!

You can evolve your Eevee into Sylveon by making it has 2 affection hearts in Pokemon-Amie and your Eevee has to learn any Fairy type move for it to evolve (example Baby Dolls Eye) If you done both of them,just level it up and it will evolve.
