Shiny Mew legitmacy ?

hey guys I recieved a Shiny mew in a trade and was wondering if it could be legit. Its Japanese Lvl 5 with Pound and ability Synchronise, has the Premier Ribbon and travelled across space and time from the Johto Region. Also it has a good memory but doesn't remember anything.??

The only Shiny Mew was level 30. That is a hack.
