I need perfect IV in Sp. Attack!

I am currently building my competitive team for Pokemon Y and I am looking for a pokemon that can breed with gastly and has a perfect IV in Sp. Attack. If you have one that you're willing to part with, please post your offers in this thread. I don't have any legendaries or shinies to trade but I'll be willing to trade the other pokemon I have.
