Blue Shard for Water stone in ORAS

Does anyone know how to get the blue shard to trade for a water stone in ORAS?

I think you go diving and search for one like in the original games. I also remember finding a shard myself while underwater in Alpha Sapphire, so you can always give diving a try.

Do you gotta walk around or you gotta go talk to rocks?

Just walk around, use the dowsing machine maybe... Because last time I checked shards weren't in Pokeballs :p

I think rocks will give you something too... But I'm not sure if they're shards in those rocks.
