most legendarys your outting on the list i do believe you dont need mew for sure youndont need to complete it i finished my dex on x and i got dialgia palkia and all the non event pokemon [traded them away sorry] and if you dont have all the legendary birds id suggest getting them like zapdos articuno and moltres then work your way to ho-oh and lugia which i think you need to get the charm. diance hoopa volcanion i also did not need for the completion of the national dex. I wish I could help so I tried helping this way sorry :/
