Tamme I believe your wrong because I Have a reshiram I caught it in ORAS :/ i also heard you get reshiram in OR And Zekrom in AS then you put both in your party then fly to the same place you get them and Then the third pokemon appears

Nope. They were shiny locked in B2/W2 as they were in B/W.
