Mine was Misty i can remember being small and pissing myself laughing whenever she grabbed Brock by the ear. May was pretty cool as well.

Speaking in terms of non-pokemon girls, I think my favourite of Ash's companions is May or Misty.
And out of all the gals he met on his Journey, I think my favourite was Lyra~ (her "shipper" personality totally won me over x3)
