I am trying to get some pokemon ready to jump into battle so i am looking for some help with breeding and ev training since i don't have the time to do it right now. I will list out what I'm looking for including abilities, nature, egg moves, ivs and ev values. I'm open to offers on other competitive pokemon you may have.

blaziken speedboats speed nature timid? atk and speed evs 5iv - spatk

If you're confused on what nature for Blaziken, Timid lowers Attack. You're thinking of Jolly which lowers Sp. Atk. But I'd recommend an Adamant one since its speed will already be boosting thanks to Speed Boost.
I can try and get you one for a Meloetta.
