I can offer the pre-evolutions of the Pokémon you want (Slowpoke and Foongus) that have Regenerator. Slowpoke has a Modest Nature and Foongus a Sassy Nature, and they're both at level one.

I'm looking for any Fire type breeding rejects, more preferably a Hidden Ability Tepig with Adamant Nature.
