Ampharos and Gengar will have the potential to change. I will make updates and post what I changed (Ex: Just changed Ampharos from Discharge to Power Gem because I messed that up first time 'round

6 Sweepers sounds like a decent Idea in theory, but with nothing beyond Milotic being able to reliably tank a hit, you might have a rough time. I also weep to see Breloom without Spore.

What move should I get rid of? Leech Seed?

All I'll say is get rid of Thunder or Thunderbolt for maybe Focus Blast or Dragon Pulse? Two electric moves don't make much sense. You could stick Thunder Wave on it as well. Also I'd give Multiscale to Dragonite. Much nicer ability. With Breloom I'd swap Leech Seed for Spore.
