I'm thinking of starting a Pokemon hatchery. It might even have a website! Any thoughts or advice?

I think you should do that, and have a follow-up link from here to advertise, use the Pokémon you are breeding to display on the site, and have a way to show your IGN and friend code at the side of the site for those you trade with.
