I can help you out 0: I do have several HA pokemons/can probably catch it for you as well
Judging by the list, I may have 3 of those (a friend of mine definitely has the Miltank so I can ask her to breed me one since Im the one who gift her that shiny one)

ALSO just saying.. If you have ORAS, some can be found using DexNav (you must encounter the pokemon around at least 16+ and you'll be able to see if it has HA) :3c
