Surfing/Fly Pikachu

Hey I am looking to see if there is a legit event for a Surfing/Flying Pikachu. I had both in HG/SS but I decide it was a good idea to transfer them up to gen 5. If anyone know anything that would be great

Only legit Flying+Surfing Pikachu is the JPN event one, Pokemon Center opening. Obtainable by code, so hope that helps! c:
