What do you mean by 'randomized'? I thought it was an event-only poke. If I knew it was catchable in a game I already own, then I'll just go catch it myself =p

Randomized means he had the game hacked so that a bunch of values like whether or not the pokemon is catchable are changed.

There's a Volcanion event dropping sometime in October. I think it's going to be some kind of Gamestop code event though so if you can get to one you could get it yourself :)
