Looking for 6iv Ditto

Hello, I'm new to the pokemon world of breding, and a friend of mine told me that I need a 6iv Ditto to start breading, I'm really really new to the scene, and don't have much to offer(I had only catch legendaries in OR), I really need your help guys, cheers.

You don't necessarily NEED a 6IV Ditto for breeding, but it does help a ton! I know a member named dubba has them, try asking them!
