PROTEAN FROAKIE XY 3DS

Please help me get a protean froakie. Im playing pokemon Y in 3ds, i didnt expect protean froakie is obtainable from friend safari after the elite4, or by usinf GTS. I want to finish the elite with protean greninja.. please. Is there anyone who has a goodheart that can be give one or trade?

If I recall right, my friend safari has a Frogadier in there. If we've both been online at the same time, you'll be able to catch a hidden ability Frogadier from my safari and breed yourself a Froakie with protean (plus, it'll have two perfect IV'S guaranteed this way!) This is obviously a little more complicated than trading, but in case no one has a protean Froakie I thought I'd offer.
